EXERCISE – Regular exercise is important. Consult a good instructor to find out the exercise appropriate for your age, weight and stage of pregnancy. Try to get at least 30 minutes of exercise each day. Talk to your doctor about any special conditions that you may have. Be sure to drink plenty of water so that you don’t get dehydrated. Best is to avoid any sports during this period.

Morning or Evening walks for few minutes along with family members or especially with expecting father, which will always bring the joy on the face of expecting mother.
Sleeping Positions during pregnancy:
During pregnancy, a pregnant woman always struggle for comfortable sleeping position before falling asleep. There are some reasons for this discomfort while sleeping example; Back pain, increased size of abdominal, heartburn and shorten of breath, but there are some different sleeping positions which are useful for pregnant women to get needed rest.
Sleeping on Side:
The much comfortable and best position during pregnancy is to sleep on side, most of the doctors also advice to sleep on the left side. By sleeping on the left side position will increase the good amount of blood and nutrients that reach the placenta and your baby.
Sleeping with pillow between the legs:
Keep the legs and knees bent, and put a pillow between the legs with Sleeping on side. If there is back pain then this position is more comfortable for rest. One cannot rest on one position continuously for whole night but changing position on side by side will be fine.
Pillow under the feet:
When there is a swelling during the pregnancy then doctors’ advice to keep pillow under the feet.
Some of the sleeping positions should be avoided like sleeping on back or sleeping on stomach. During doctor consultation do discuss about sleeping position which will help out to get mother comfortable sleep.
